The Rugby League One Community program is a partner of the Keep Australia Beautiful campaign and is encouraging rugby league clubs, players and supporters across Australia to participate in the Score Points for the Environment challenge.

Their support includes player Ambassadors for the Keep Australia Beautiful publicity campaign, match promotion and competition at the Sydney Roosters Round 25 home game, whilst the NRL Head Office in Sydney is participating in an energy audit and carbon foot-printing exercise with Ogilvy Earth and will be implementing a range of changes to reduce its environmental footprint in the office.

Sydney Roosters Round 25 Match Promotion

To celebrate the NRL’s support of Keep Australia Beautiful Week, the Sydney Roosters will be hosting a Score Points for the Environment challenge at their Round 25 match.

Regardless of what team you will be supporting, join together for Keep Australia Beautiful Week. Bring along any old or broken mobile phones, batteries and chargers, as well as empty printer cartridges, to the game and you can participate in the pre-match throwing competition being held in the forecourt of the Sydney Rooster’s home ground, the Sydney Football Stadium.

By getting involved in the pre-match Score Points for the Environment competition and half time promotions, you could win have the chance to win a great Samsung prize
which will be announced at the end of the game.

You can also log your participation in the At Home section for the chance to also win the $10,000 Modern Solar home make- over.
